ON DELAY TIMER DTMSLD

Product Code
DTMSLD

Suitable for a vast array of applications in automation, motors inspection, industrial processes, packaging machines, air-treatment systems and command boards, Microidea's timers stand out for their precision and robustness. Our line is designed to ensure top level performances.

Every model is suitable for indoor mounting DIN rail and is available with 1 or 2 change-over contact output.

CHARACTERISTICS OF AN ON TIMER MODULE

Timers with delayed activation, allow the correct operation of machinery through several production cycles. After each switch, the controller will reset the counter to be ready for the next cycles after the preset time delay.

The simplicity of installation and the reliability of our modules allow you to easily set a large delay range: from 1 second to 10 days.

Moreover the  strength of construction ensures long-term reliability.

Microidea Timers are designed for:

  • Endurance
  • Stable performances
  • Ease of installation
  • Great integration with existing and complex electrical panels
  • Top level materials
  • Great operability on every work environment
  • the purpose of Achievìing maximum production efficiency over long periods of time
  • Preventing machine downtime for extended periods of time

This product allows considerable versatility without having to rely on a digital controller, programmable socket or a more expensive controller.

Complex products are difficult to integrate and far from uses where budget and value for money is also important.

At Microidea quality and reliability are the only references for our design. All models are suitable for indoor DIN rail mounting and are available with 1 or 2 output changeover contacts.

HOW DOES AN ON DELAY TIMER WORK?

What distinguishes a digital counterpart from a DTMSLD is the speed of installation combined with ease of operation.

When a simple on delay timer is required, the best solutions allow a precise and fast setting of the desired delay time.

Each timer allows the activation of the power line to which it is associated with a certain delay. This makes it possible to program the machines and the necessary operating time between them.
